We do everything we can to provide you with a carefree and relaxing stay. With the agreements below, we ensure a pleasant atmosphere for everyone on the domain.
Arrival
- Park your car only in the designated parking space of your accommodation.
- If you notice any irregularities upon arrival or if the accommodation does not meet your expectations, we ask you to report this immediately.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
- After confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total stay amount must be paid within 7 days.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 month before arrival.
- If a payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to automatically cancel the reservation without prior notice. Any amounts already paid will remain acquired by the landlord in that case.
- The paid deposit is considered as arrhes, in accordance with French law.
- In case of cancellation by the tenant, any amounts already paid will remain fully acquired by the landlord. If the cancellation occurs after the full balance has been paid, the full amount remains due as well.
- In case of circumstances beyond our control (such as, but not limited to, war, pandemics like COVID-19, government measures, or other cases of force majeure) that make the execution of the stay impossible, the stay can be rescheduled by mutual agreement. However, no refund of already paid amounts can be guaranteed.
- We recommend our guests to take out cancellation insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
During Your Stay
- Please respect the peace and quiet on and around the domain, out of respect for the residents and other guests.
- The accommodation is provided neat and without damage. If anything gets damaged during your stay, we ask you to report this immediately.
- Do not leave any waste on or around the domain.
- Deposit closed garbage bags in the large gray container to the left of the wooden gate (no loose waste).
- Glass can be placed in the smaller container next to the large container.
- It is strictly forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground (fire hazard).
- The number of guests must not exceed the number at the time of reservation.
- Visits from outsiders on the domain are not allowed.
- Cleaning materials are available upon request.
- Tip: keep windows and doors closed between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM and ventilate in the evening for a pleasant indoor climate.
- Charging electric vehicles is not allowed on the domain. Charging points nearby are available (including via www.francecars.fr).
Dogs
Dogs are welcome in l’Écurie
- Dogs must always be leashed on the domain and in the village.
- Dogs are not allowed in and around the swimming pool.
- Dog waste must always be cleaned up.
- Dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas (indoors and outdoors), out of respect for future guests.
Swimming Pool
- Opening hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. Never leave children unattended.
- Dogs are not allowed in and around the swimming pool.
- Jumping into the pool is not allowed.
- Glass is not allowed in the pool area; use plastic cups.
- Please always clean up waste and empty cups.
- Eating and smoking are not allowed in and around the swimming pool.
- Always close the access gate when you leave.
- Sun loungers may only be occupied when you are actually present.
We are not responsible for accidents.
Departure
- Check-out is scheduled for 10:00 AM. We are happy to discuss what is possible.
- Please leave kitchen appliances (oven, refrigerator, microwave, BBQ, and coffee machine) clean.
- Sheets may be removed from the beds and placed together with the towels on the kitchen table.
